For the FIRST TIME IN BELGIUM

BROKOLI (Mozyk)
http://www.mozyk.net/

His first sets in 2003 were mainly heavy amen dnb mixed with digital-hardcore and breakcore. One of the founders of Remurder and the main man behind the new Glitch label "Mozyk". The sound which he is focused on now is fast braincutting glitchcore, sometimes minimal and sometimes maximal

For the FIRST TIME IN BELGIUM

WEYHEYHEY (Endor Recordings/Bad Sekta/Bit Crusher/Love Love)

Alan, AKA “Weyheyhey !!” thought about making music since hearing hardcore rave tapes in the early 90s, but didn’t introduce himself to a sequencer until 2007.
By this time, the sound of dance music, on either side of the ground, had changed considerably. But with these new sounds, he didn’t get that tingle of excitement he once had listening to dodgy 3rd generation cassette copies of Ellis Dee dj sets.
So he set about recreating some of those special sounds with care and respect to the producers of yore, but inside the modern ‘breakcore’ framework contemporary producers had kindly established.
While choosing not to play or even release very often, he likes to pour everything he can into each track and something unmatched and unique into each rare live set.
To date, Alan has released tracks on well respected labels such as Bad Sekta, and early in 2012 released the much-loved and critically acclaimed “Helical Scan” EP.

For the FIRST TIME IN BELGIUM

MICROPHYST (Ideation Records/illphabetik/Meganeural Records)

Microphyst is demi-Italian breakcore producer Ben Amodio from the UK. Pulling influences from rave and ragga jungle to UK garage, big beat and noise before mashing them all into a meticulously orchestrated mess and spewing it out all over the dance floor.

All his EPs to date are available for free, see microphyst.co.uk for links and details. Also look out for the new EP Hugging Dead Things, set to drop in March.

---------------------------------------
TECHDIFF (Peace Off)

"The most twisted and talented Breakcore producer in the game, this genuine scientist gets crowds whipped into a frenzy with total dance floor devastation"
Rotator - Peace Off

"Complex rhythms and dark ambience but no oppression! Round basses on cutting rhythms the TechDiff sound. An amazing workmanship of maturity"
Adrien Landivier - Trax Magazine

---------------------------------------
DROON (Wood/Audiobot/ZerO71 records)

Droon is an alias of Belgian breakcore producer William Ghysels. Droon is also active as graphic designer, working from planet-mu, ad noiseam, overkill, and many more. He won an award for the short video "Screen".
Droon's first steps in making music were somewhere in between drum and bass and Thunderdome gabber music. He was also inspired by a set Richard D James played in Ghent, Belgium in 1998. He found out other people made music in the style he thought he had invented via widerstand.org, and that they called it breakcore. Through widerstand.org he also got to know Jurgen Desmet aka Sickboy. Together with a few other Belgians from widerstand.org they founded Breakcore Gives Me Wood.
Until 2006 Droon hadn't released any records yet, but still managed to get booked internationally, amongst other touring in China. His music mostly got spread through MP3. A first two track 7" was finally released on Wood records in 2006, having been ready since 2004. Since then, Droon has played in Russia, Japan, The USA Israel and Australia,[1] and released 2 more records, "gluttons vs bingers" and "cripplefight".

---------------------------------------
RUBY MY DEAR (Jarring Effects)

Hailing from France, Ruby My Dear is a well renowned master of melodic, intricate breakcore.

His tunes whip up a frenzy of delicate leads and rinsing grooves that will get everyone moving to his very unique beat.

---------------------------------------
XERODERMAN (Peace Off/Mozyk/Sociopath Recordings)

Young belgian breakcore/IDM producer, Xeroderman started out in 2008.
Of influences going from the punk hardcore to the classical music, he participates in several compilations, spotted, among others, by labels Mozyk and Peace Off, and should soon bring out his first EP.
He's slowly making his name and a place in the middle, and we can certainly believe that it is one of the most promising figures of the Belgian breakcore,
to follow, thus, without moderation!

A Jungle List is known for liking what is called “Drummed and Base” music and are known for their pot and meth addictions. The term “Drummed and Base” comes from the fact that they like fast African style “tripped pops” music and smoke meth or “basing” while dancing like angry silver-back gorillas.
