Known for his hard edged and underground techno excursions this “COFFEE, DRUMS & CIGARETTES” podcast shows a different angle in his love for music. “I guess this must be the first time ever I record a podcast that doesn’t represent me as a techno-dj.
Basically this is the music I listen to daily, in a home/car/ipod.. setting, away from the club. I forgot a whole bunch of favourite tracks/styles. Wish I’d put in some soul/funk, drum & bass, dubstep, house, some more jazz (how could I forget Hancock, Mulatu or Sun Ra?), even more Dilla, more Madlib..
The mix is a bit rough around the edges & maybe a bit too long, but overall I’m pretty comfortable with sharing this with you.
