RUSTIE (Warp, UK)
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rustie/99089880859
http://warp.net/records/rustie

Coming out of Glasgow’s experimental party scene where wonky acid hip-hop and slaughtered rap edits are regular cellar rave fodder, Rustie (a.k.a. Russell Whyte) has shattered his sound above labels such as Hyperdub, Stuffrecords, Wireblock and now Warp. He is resolutely driving the tumultuous storm that’s shaking up electronic music on both sides of the Atlantic with his glitchy, wonky Dubstep sounds!

FREE THE ROBOTS (Alpha Pup, USA)

http://www.alphapuprecords.com/

Chris Alfaro is Free the Robots. The genre-defying artist pulls together heavy doses of traditional jazz, psych, electronic and hip-hop, with progressive melodies and devastating drums into a rich pot of sound. His techniques create harmony between genres with the blending of obscure samples with analog and digital compositions.
Based out of Santa Ana, CA, Free The Robots started as a side project by Alfaro in 2003 while also playing with different bands, producing MCs and DJing. Having worked with so many different styles of music, Free the Robots brought everything together under one roof, allowing further exploration. With the use of samples, Controllers, and other live instruments, Alfaro creates a balance between the sounds of the past, present and future.
Free the Robots has reached a worldwide audience since its humble beginnings and found its place among the top artists in this genre. With the constant development of Alfaro's sound and live show, Free the Robots Has shared the stage with the likes of Prefuse 73, Flying Lotus, the Glitch Mob, Afrika Bambaataa and more.

TAKE (Alpha Pup, USA)
http://www.facebook.com/takeisme
http://www.alphapuprecords.com/

2010 sees the highly anticipated release of Take's full-length album, Only Mountain, on the highly acclaimed label Alpha Pup Records on April 20. High in psychedelic pulp and littered with gritty layers of electronic emotion, the new endeavor has been described as "a roiling pot of old school IDM, '90s R&B percussive elements, dubstep bass-derived doom, and ethereal melodies" by Chris Martins of the LA Weekly.
Describing his music as "rooted in hip hop but on a spaceship headed for a new and better placeÉsomewhere out there," Take may not know exactly where his beats will end up- but he is taking us along for the ride.
Take's musical catalog includes releases for labels like All City, Eat Concrete, Circulations, Buttermilk, Poobah, Inner Current, Swedish Brandy and Astro Lab, as well as remixes and compilation tracks for the likes of Warp, Plug Research, Power Shovel Audio, Dublab, Circulations, and many others.

X&TRICK aka KNEX (Bug Klinik, Rebelscum, BE)
www.bugklinik.com

X&trick's music could be described as a mixture of countless kinds of (contemporary) music. Jungle, DrumNBass, Electronica, Techno, Breakcore and Hardcore are all music styles which get blended in a fresh cocktail of madd beats, sharp bass and dissonant melodies.. His liveset is not the usual ‘laptop’ live, combining laptop, midicontrollers, kaos pad and microphone...
For this gig X&Trick will bring along his dubstep alter ago Knex to do a special double bill live show to end the party in style!

GOONY & MIKIS (Warriorz, BE)
www.warriorz.be

Founding members of the Warriorz crew, Goony and Mikis are mostly known for their drum'n'bass, rave and jungle sets. But most of all these guys are music lovers. They will open the night with an "all styles" eclectic back 2 back set.
