EN :

Following successful events in the Concert Hall "La Zone" with Crash Course in Science in 2010 and 2012 and then Dive and The Juggernauts in 2014 URBAN TONES move to Live Club on 11 June. An exclusive line-up mixing New Wave, EBM and Indus.

PARADE GROUND :
Parade Ground, composed of two brothers Pierre and Jean-Marc Pauly started performing live in 1981.
They were one of the pioneers of the Belgian Cold Wave and Electronic Body Music .
The first single, 'Moan on the sly', was released in 1983 and they remained active until now (however they decided not to release anything between 1988 and 2007, being involved in other artistic projects like novels-writing and plastic art).
Their style has evolved during the eighties, passing from an icy and radical cold wave to a more dancing sound with noticeable rythmics and exclusively synthetic melodies mixed up with dreamy visual dadaism.
They regularly collaborated with members of belgian band Front 242, were produced by english producer Colin Newman of Wire and wrote and composed on two Front 242 albums in 1994.
They toured in various European countries and have been an inspiration for many bands .
A new album 'Rosary' was released in 2007, produced by Patrick Codenys (Front 242) .
The band are well known for their singular and striking live performances ('the choreography of chaos').
They will come to Liège for exclusive date in the context of their new tour.

IMMINENT :
Imminent Starvation has been a leading light in the intersection of powerful industrial music and advanced electronics. After finishing 'Nord/North' in 1999, he shortened his moniker to Imminent. Imminent's music is raw, aggressive, powerful, without any concession or any additive to dilute it's true nature, but it also includes a lot of complexity that awaits to be discovered by a true connoisseur. Straight beats interwoven with sophisticated breaks, brilliantly placed samples, intertwining powerful atmospheric synth textures and forceful distorted sequences (without inhibition) form into the sophisticated style of industrial music Imminent is known and loved for.

HYPNOSKULL :
Hypnoskull emerged in 1992 as the brainchild of Patrick Stevens (°1973) and operated a couple of years in the worldwide industrial and noise cassettescene, before releasing albums on the German record label ant-zen. Before that, he released under different names on a few techno labels like the famous Kk Records label. Sidesteps as founding member of the industrial project Sonar (another group member : Dirk Ivens/Dive, member of the group "The Klinik") or as <C:F> or sona eact®, to name but a few. The project is unpredictable : harsh, noisy, eclectic, rough. Numerous live shows all over the world, including a remarkable live at New York’s CBGB’s in 2000, but also all over Europe, the US and Russia. Ever since a few years, liveshows are limited and often incorporate other live members and/or performers. In 2016 hypnoskull will release a new album entitled "immer wieder nein" which will bring a rather uncompromising new approach and symbiosis between so-called rough industrial beats and a dark hybrid form of techno – bringing back an ultra-limited hardcore setup of drummachines and wrecked, noisy mixing gear.
This is the first time he will be in concert in Liege. Not to be missed!
