KARNAVAL MET EEN K is our annual call to arms to those that oppose the mainstream way of celebrating carnaval. The time for us to dwell in the underground is gone, forever. As world economies, religions and social structures are about to collapse, this is the ideal situation to also get rid of the abomination that is the Dutch debilized catholicized version of carnaval. With joined forces, we shall bring back the original pagan ritual.
One of the prominent figures in our unholy war is DA HIGHLANDZ, founding member of original renegade karnavalists E(')DE DJ TEAM. Well known for his hardliner views on karnaval music, he is feared by religious institutions all over Twente. The time has come for him to take a step back from the frontline, as he'll have a family to come home to after his dangerous battles for the right cause. This edition of KARNAVAL MET EEN K will be dedicated to this brave soldier and the end of his bachelorhood.
